Browsing data is collected automatically in an exclusively aggregated form to verify the correct functioning of the site, obtain anonymous statistical information, and for security reasons. Data collected for newsletter sending is kept until the service is provided, unless the data subject revokes their subscription following the instructions provided. - PROCESSING METHODSThe processing of Data is based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency, and data minimization (privacy by design); it may be carried out both manually and through automated methods designed to store, process, and transmit it, and will take place through adequate technical and organizational measures, taking into account the state of the art and implementation costs, to ensure, among other things, the security, confidentiality, integrity, availability, and resilience of systems and services, avoiding the risk of loss, destruction, unauthorized access or disclosure, or otherwise unlawful use, as well as through reasonable measures to delete or rectify inaccurate data promptly in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.
- RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT (ART. 15-22 of the GDPR)
- Data subjects are granted the rights set out in Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, where applicable
- In particular, data subjects may ask the Controller for access to the Data, rectification of inaccurate Data, integration of incomplete Data, erasure of Data, as well as restriction of processing in the cases provided for by Art. 18 of the GDPR.
- Data subjects have the right to object at any time, in whole or in part, to the processing of Data necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the Controller.
- Moreover, in the cases provided for by Art. 20 of the GDPR for the exercise of the right to data portability, data subjects have the right to receive the Data provided to the Controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, as well as, if technically feasible, to transmit it to another controller without hindrance.
- Data subjects have the right to withdraw consent given at any time for marketing and/or profiling purposes, as well as to object to the processing of data for marketing purposes, including profiling related to direct marketing. The possibility remains for the data subject who prefers to be contacted for the aforementioned purpose exclusively through traditional methods, to express their objection only to receiving communications through automated methods.
- Data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in particular in the Member State in which they habitually reside or work or of the State in which the alleged violation has occurred).
- These rights can be exercised by registered mail or PEC, to the address of the Data Controller or the Data Protection Officer, as identified in point 2.
- POLICY UPDATEPlease note that this information may be subject to periodic revision, including in relation to the relevant legislation and case law. In case of significant changes, appropriate notice will be given on the homepage of the site for an adequate period. However, the data subject is invited to consult this policy periodically.
